It's week 3 and motivation may fade but but our progress doesn't have to. The excitement of the new year will always go away.  

This week we will stop asking, "Whats the perfect plan?" and start asking, "What's the plan I can acutally stick with?"

Our best plans are NOT impressive - they are repeatable.  

This Week's Focus: Sustainability Over Perfection

Most people don't quit because they lack discipline, they quit because their plan doesn't fit real life. 

This week is about choosing a pace that works with things get BUSY, STRESSFUL, IMPERFECT. Consistency beats intensity every time.
